Spousal support modifications can occur after divorce proceedings in cases where it can be proved that the awarded party’s income (both reported and unreported) or cohabitating situation has changed. In these cases, FISI conducts investigation such as surveillance and asset searches to help argue that support payments should be lowered or even stopped.
